Its a history being made with “Unnai Poloruvan” remake of critically acclaimed and successful Hindi film A wednesday . When the legendary actors of Indian Cinema industry Mohanlal and Kamal Hassan join hands to make a film, its quiet natural the viewers expectation goes high and a hype that shatters the sea wave will get created.

A wednesday was a different attempt which dared to get out of the cages of conventional Hindi cinema. Performances were really great in which Anupam kher and Nazarudeen Shah fights inch to inch to outshine each other, but in the end the viewer find its difficult to distinguish whos great! Both performed their best in A Wednesday. Storyline of the movie was pretty interesting and was a great variety and Kudos to the brilliance of the director who kept the pace of the movie according the script demands. Its a story thats happening in a day-A Wednesday!

I hope the south Indian legends Mohanlal and Kamal Hassan will outshine both Anupam Kher and Nazarudeen Shah with their damn best performances ever! Well there’s “reasons” to expect! I am eagerly waiting to see the national award winners (multi times) competing each other on screen…nothing less than an “inch 2 inch”

I haven’t watched this film or know anything about this film yet! What I only know is an outline which I picked from her blog & is like

How many folks out there have grown up outside India and remember going back on holiday to our tiny hometowns? The annual vacation which would be marked clearly on those Indian calendars hanging on foreign walls. Weeks in advance the shopping would be done- a gift for the second cousin, sweets for the nephews, medicinal oils and balms for the older uncles, a scent spray for the new couple. And finally the day would come to set out for the home shores.

I was a Gulf kid and our vacations were always during the Middle eastern summers which wonderfully coincided with the monsoon showers of Kerala, India. There are a thousand things I remember about those times. Today I have moved back to India and am a filmmaker making my first feature film soon. The film “Manjadikuru” is about those very impressions. Like the lucky red seeds – they will remain little nuggets of memory that throb every time one smells wet earth or sees a touch-me-not flower or hears “Manjil virinja poove…”- a hit song from early 80s.

I came to know about Anjali Menon from TV (1 month before in a news channel) & today I happened to watch a talk show with this woman in MM TV. To be frank I got attracted to her observations,intelligence,view on her profession, view on cinemas,life etc. Well, the uniqueness that makes medias to boast off about Anjali is that shes a woman!! Its a great attempt that should be admitted & admired, compared to many other women who doesn’t even think of doing anything! (hmm!!..not all women actually!…there are ladies who makes their mark in this world & sometimes even a bolder mark than men!!)

There are only few people who gets to work on their dream or passion &  pursue what their heart desires! Anjali is one among that & I wish her all success for her future works! I am a serious admirer of Malayalam cinema, who wishes it to regain the quality of 80’s & 90’s and I hope Anjali will do her role in that process!

Film “Manjadikuru” is performed by Pritviraj, Murali & Thilakan (as i heard from MM News). I will review this movie here in my blog after watching it soon!

I Googled a lot for her picture but failed to find one! Sorry!!

So you got an idea ? Movie is all about magic & is into its holy secrets. How magicians performed Bullet catch ? How they did water escape ? fire escape ? How they fooled all the audience by doing simple tricks ? have you ever thought ? If you are interested in knowing just watch this movie!

Alfred (Christian bale) & Robert (Jackman) were assistants of a famous magician & were friends. Both of them had a passion equal to their life for magic!Of them Alfred was a naturally talented magician & he did found new ideas so easily. Though not a higly talented magician like Alfred, Robert was a damn sexy performer on stage. The movie develops from this stage through which both of them become independent magicians , rivalry develops in between them & an unhealthy competition develops which leads them to deadly sins!

Both actors bale & jackman has performed well & especially bale deserves a special mention. Scarlett johanson also did a noticeable role (shes well noticeable!..hehe) as Olivia who initially assists Robert (jackman) & later falls in love with Alfred (bale)

Movie is backed by a well written strong screenplay by the “Nolan” brothers. Projecting out the life of Alfred, director Christopher Nolan underlines that success of a true magician is HARDWORK & SACRIFICES he make & not any gimmicks or fooling tricks!

Actually I dont know what the truth is? I will write here when i gets more knowledge about him. Now I will write short on his book “Rising in Love”. OSHO is the most prolific author in this world. He has wriiten about 650 books on different dimentions & major ones related to MEDITATION.

“Rising in Love” like the major ones, it also emphasize about Meditation, Need of meditation & how pure meditation can give you ultimate enlightment. He refers to enlightment as realising yourself, its realising your own soul. He begins the book with “Love” between man & women. Osho points out that, unless a love affair is so conscious it will create a great anguish! In those first pages of book, theres something that went inside me deeply. He says, every affair is a meeting of the Opposites. Both lovers are different at each point of life. So if you are aware of this fact, then the meeting of the opposites will be a wonderful oppurtunity to understand the other ones purely different perspective.

The book advances to the relationship between Master & Desciple in the middle pages. Its also wonderful because Osho speaks in the language of Heart (where Heart is more wise than Intellect). He also speaks about Sri Budha & his concepts of “Nirvana“(Nirvana means going to state of zero), then about Sir. Aurobindo in detail.

I have wondered many tmes, why the Western people run after the Indian Mystics like Sri sri Ravishankar, Sri Amruthananthamay , ofcourse Bagvan Rajanish (OSHO) & many many. This question existed in me as a wonder itself till I read this book. This book gave me a great knowledge that, The West know nothing about Meditation! Meditation is a concept thats purely EASTERN developed by Eastern Mystics to realise themselves, to enlighten or to realise ones own soul. As the western people dont know anything, they will get inspired on these concepts of “Enlightment through Meditation” very easily. Thats why we are seeing a massive number of western desciples to Amrithananthamay, Ravishankar & so on. Now getting “Enlighted” means going to the Zero state of mind & soul, where you will be as Innocent as possible. Mystics say that you will experiance your soul at that state & its the maximum experiance a human can have in his life. Now all these westerns & other desciples will donate their entire “Belongings” (Dollars! Dollars) to the trusts of mystics (like Sri.Amritha, Sri Ravishankar etc etc). This is the reason “Why trusts of these mystics are so Rich” that they can donate even 200 crore rupees in just seconds!

Oh No! I went out of topic!!! I was reviewing that book “Rising in Love” hehe.. Ok. I will say the book is amasing to read & has given me some wonderful knowledge which is very worthy.

You will also get to know that, West is more Intellect & East is more Heart oriented. I will explain this concepts later, but keep in mind “Heart is more wise than Intellect”
