Similar is the case for sending money!Just message the other one “Hi give me your paypal mail so that I can transfer your funds” So thats the way it works!

How to withdraw money?

You can withdraw money from Paypal direct to your bank account (via NEFT) if you are in US,Europe & India. Else you can withdraw funds from Paypal by requesting a check to your home address. Paypal charges a commission of 5$ per each check issued.
